SHIPPING POLICY
1) Wrong Delivery Address- We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customers.
2) Vat / Customs Duty- Custom duties or any other duties levied on the garments in the importing country are to be borne by the buyers abroad. (All duties/charges/Levies at the point of destination shall be borne by the Consignee/Buyer.)
3) For Domestic shipping is free Above 15000/- INR and for international shipping cost is additional as per the weight.
4) Normal delivery period will be minimum 3 days and maximum 7 days depending on the availability of the ordered garments. International delivery will be minimum 10 days and maximum 15 days.
5) Transit Damages- we take every care to ship the orders in good conditions, properly polythene package and then packing paper wrapped. However the package and dispatched goods may be damaged/soiled due to delivery procedure and customs procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same. In case the authorities of any places fail to accept the package, for any reason, Khatri Jaybhai bandhaniwala / www.khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala.in will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
6) Shipping and Handling- All orders are usually shipped within 10-15 days after the purchase has been made through our website for Home Delivery within India. In case of International Delivery, shipment may take 15 days to reach the destination.
www.khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala.in shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency.
www.khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala.in shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods in case of wrong address provided by the customer, flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.
www.khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala.in shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order.
7) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by khatri jaybhai bandhaniwala for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.
8) The customer agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information.
All COD orders placed for bandhani will receive bandhani in crush condition only. If Customer wants the bandhani to be roller pressed and do fall bidding then customer will have to do a prepaid order so money is not refuned.
REFUND POLICY
1 )Khatri Jaybhai bandhaniwala / www.khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala.in shall provide a full refund only if the product delivered to the customer is defective or incorrect.
2)In case of defect the client has to contact within 3 days of receiving delivery on khatrijaybhaibandhaniwala or call on 7567850077.
3)Incase of Return,the Goods are suppose to be shipped at Khatri jaybhai bandhaniwala , B-119 silicon valley opp. jay shefali row houses shivaranjani cross road ahmedabad -380015.
4)Incase of Refund , It will take 10 to 15 days working Days to process the refund from the day of receiving returned goods.
